This online ticket office acts only as procurer for entering tickets and is not liable for eventual refunds. We are not committed to inform the clients of cancellations and re-scheduled events; however, we aim to inform the clients when possible. In any case we do exclude liability for journeys, hotel arrangements or any other costs in context with cancelled or re-scheduled events. In case of a cancellation of a performance only the organizer can decide if a refund will be effected. If there has been charged an advance booking fee and the performance has been cancelled, we can not refund this advance booking fee, because of the already fulfilled service of the advanced booking.

Credit cards:

The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and JCB. The Credit Card will be charged immediately and automatically upon receiving the order.

Ticket pick up:

You can pick up your tickets directly at the evening box office of the event (will call). For this you will need the printed booking confirmation, which you receive per email after making a purchase on our website.

Cancellations:
According to EU Regulaton si 484/2013 No right to cancel exists for the provision of accommodation other than for residential purpose, transport of goods, car rental services, catering or services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

As we always try to act in our customers' best interest, we are one of the few ticket agencies, which provide options for cancellation:

Tickets to classical concerts, Vienna Volksoper, Spanish Riding School

These Tickets can be cancelled up to 3 days before the date of performance. You will receive a refund of 70% of the price you paid. 30% of the price is the cancelation fee. You can cancel tickets under these conditions by sending us a cancellation request at manager@concertvienna.com.

Tickets to the Vienna State Opera and the New Year’s Concert of the Vienna Philharmonics

These tickets cannot be cancelled or re-scheduled. However, we can try to re-sell your tickets to another customer. In case we succeed, you will receive a partial refund of the price you paid. If you wish that we try to re-sell you tickets, please contact us at manager@concertvienna.com

Changes of cast, date and/or program:

Performances are subject to changes of cast, date and/or program and such changes shall not create an entitlement to return tickets of admission.

Performances at the Vienna State Opera:

The beginning time of the Vienna State Opera performances will be published by the Vienna State Opera and on this website at latest 2 months in advance. It is the obligation of the user to inform himself about the beginning time of those performances. For some performances, tickets will only be allocated approximately 2 months before the performance by the organizer.

Our prices:

This online ticket office operates the booking, reservation, delivery and disposal of tickets in advance in behalf of its customers. Prices incluse VAT. The released rates on the website as well as the sale prices mentioned in phone sales are final prices, i.e. no further costs, except delivery charges if agreed, are added. Attention: the price that you pay may be higher than the face value printed on the ticket.
